With a career spanning over 18 years in the NHS, I have developed a deep understanding of leadership, personal development, and professional coaching. My journey began in the heart of the NHS, where I served in various leadership roles, including Manager in Pathology at Cambridge Hospital, Operations Manager, and Provincial Biomedical Scientist. These positions allowed me to gain invaluable experience in managing teams, driving organisational success, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

As a teacher and Training and Education Manager, I discovered my passion for mentoring and empowering others. I was instrumental in developing training programmes that equipped professionals with the skills and confidence needed to excel in their careers. My dedication to diversity and inclusion was recognised when I was awarded the Cultural Ambassador title and won the EDI award in 2022 for my contributions to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
